He routinely advises clients on, and drafts and negotiates technology agreements for, data and intellectual property transactions, including technology and data transfers and licensing; collaboration, strategic alliance, and joint development agreements; distribution, resale, and marketing agreements; SaaS and source code licenses; and open source issues. Nathan’s work encompasses technologies and industries of fintech, healthcare IT, cannabis tech, security, robotics, climate tech (e.g., green hydrogen and clean energy), dental products, autonomous driving technology, voice modulation, aerospace manufacturing, and AI and AI-assisted platforms. Nathan also helps small businesses with entity formation, commercial lease and franchise agreement negotiation, and corporate governance matters..
