I have been duly sworn to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey. In addition to having been licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, I am licensed to practice in Federal Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.. I am a 1993 graduated from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV.  My undergraduate degree is in Political Science.  Following college, I worked full time as a paralegal for the nationally recognized law firm of Cozen and O’Conner in the subrogation department.. Following my work as a paralegal, I attended law school at the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL.  While in law school, I was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.  I graduated from Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 1998.. Following graduation from law school, I began working with a Personal Injury law firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where I second chaired several high profile product liability trials.  In 2001 I moved back to the Philadelphia area and began working for Gene A. Foehl and Associates as an attorney practicing workers’ compensation, criminal defense and third party liability.  In 2004 I became a member of the Delaware County Public Defender’s Office where I practiced criminal law until being recruited by the law firm of Musi, Malone and Daubenberger to work as an associate in their workers’ compensation department.  In 2009 I was recruited by the Paoli based law firm of Del Collo and Mazzanti, LLP to work as an associate handling workers’ compensation defense files.. In July of 2011, I jointed the Veith Law Firm, where I concentrate my practice in the areas of workers’ compensation litigation, criminal defense personal injury, commercial litigation and social security.   In total, I have over 10 years of legal experience.
