Mr. Garson also represents individuals in the entertainment and publishing industry. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Garson is also an accomplished software programmer whose company has published a popular payroll software application, which he designed and created for household employers. Before attending law school at Temple University, Mr. Garson worked in the historic preservation field. He was responsible for all phases of government historic preservation compliance contracts, including budget development and management of contract personnel, and performance and supervision of interdisciplinary research.
