Jodi was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing Degree in 1992. I presided over the TennCare disenrollment process to ensure due process was given to all the citizens of Tennessee the state was attempting to disenroll from TennCare. I transititoned to a second government attorney position within the state of Tennessee serving as an Assistant District Attorney General in Shelby County appointed by William Gibbons. I left the DA's office in 2007 and went into private practice. I have successfully practiced my negotion skills and complex trial tactics in the state and federal courts throughout Tennessee. Hayden Lait has been in the private practice of law for since 1975 with an emphasis on commercial, personal injury, and domestic relations litigation. He has been serving as a neutral in the capacity of a mediator and arbitrator since 1995. Until May, 2000 Hayden was certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the State of Tenn Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
