My practice primarily involves real estate and mortgage related transactions. Matt Brinner concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and business transactions, leasing and secured lending, as well as commercial property tax appeals. Christopher represents commercial property owners in connection with the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, leasing, financing and disposition of multifamily, retail, industrial and office projects. Douglas Earthman concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law, secured lending transactions, and transactional work, including municipal bond and other tax-exempt financing transactions..
