I have also handled real estate matters such as residential and commercial closings, foreclosures, tax sale matters which involve redemption , excess proceeds claims, and Quiet Title suits, evictions for landlords, boundary line/ easement disputes and other title claim matters. I also handle business disputes and have served as a mediator and arbitrator.. Edward Baker attended The University of Tennessee College of Law where he graduated with honors, and served as the Student Materials Editor of the Tennessee Law Review as well as the 3rd Year Editor of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. Mr. Baker also attended the University of Florida in Levin College of Law receiving his LL.M. in July 2009.
