Scott Crosby joined the firm in 1995 after serving for five years as a Trial Attorney in the United States Department of Justice, Tax Division in Washington, D.C. He has been a Member of the firm since 1999. Mr. Crosby’s practice is presently focused on family law matters, tax controversies, and general commercial litigation, with a particular interest in two areas of workers’ compensation: premium fraud and subrogation.
