Tiffany Bowders is a life-long Memphian who graduated summa cum laude from the University of Memphis in 2004 with a major in political science and a minor in French. She attended the Univerarity of Memphis on both music and academic scholarships. During her junior year she attended the Universite Catholique de Lille in Lille, France, focusing on international studies. Tiffany earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2008.. While in law school, Tiffany served as an associate editor for the University of Memphis Law Review, where her Note, From Georgia v. Tennessee Copper Co. to Massachusetts v. EPA: An Overview of America’s History of Air Pollution Regulation and Its Effect on Future Remedies to Climate Change, was published in spring 2008.  She was a national finalist in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition in White Plains, New York and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Diane K. Vescovo, United States Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Tennessee.. Since her admission to the Tennessee Bar in 2008, she has participated in several organizations in the legal community including the Memphis Bar Association Leadership Forum and the Leo Bearman, Sr. American Inns of Court.  She is active in the Memphis Bar Association, including the Memphis Bar Association Family Law Section, and the Association of Women Attorneys..
