Sarah L. McCurry is a founding partner in the law firm of Winslow & McCurry, PLLC.  Sarah is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Florida.  Sarah graduated Cum Laude from Stetson University College of Law, focusing her studies on civil matters and earning membership into the honors society Phi Delta Phi.  Sarah began her career in Florida working for a commerical litigation firm.  Since early 2009, Sarah has practiced in the Richmond Area.  With Winslow & McCurry, PLLC her focus remains in the civil arena, representing both small businesses and individuals in the Richmond community.

Jim Williams is a summa cum laude graduate of George Mason University school of law who began representing injured plaintiff’s in 1999.  A veteran litigator, he has tried more than one hundred personal injury jury cases and was appellate counsel in Virginia’s leading scientific evidence case, Tittsworth v. Robinson. Jim Williams joined Burnett & Williams in 2006 as the lead partner in the Richmond area, with offices in Midlothian and Hopewell, Virginia. He is a regular contributor of law journal articles on personal injury law and litigation issues. Jim’s wealth of experience in insurance coverage matters provides invaluable expertise in an insurance-driven legal environment that becomes more complex each year.

I have been practicing family law for over 18 years, working with individuals who are facing some of the most difficult life transitions in divorce/separation, custody matters and the financial aspects of support and property division.  My practice includes Chesterfield, Henrico, Richmond, Goochland, Hanover, and other areas around central  Virginia. Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, I have been practicing law for twenty-nine years. I live in Henrico County with my wife and college-age son. Our comforatble and pleasant office in Midlothian is a great place to work, and our attorneys and staff work hard to give great client service and professional representation.. When I'm not practicing personal injury and bankruptcy law, I can be seen performing as Patrick Henry at St. John's Church in Richmond, or at Historic Hanover Courthouse, interpreting the great Virgina patriot and trial lawyer for modern audiences.
