Victor focuses his practice in civil and criminal litigation.  With diverse litigation experience, Victor has argued several cases in the Federal Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court.  He has tried more than 60 cases, most of them jury trials in both State and Federal Courts.  These trials involved, among other legal issues: employment agreements, wage claims, medical negligence, commercial banking law, discrimination law, arbitration agreements, telecommunications fraud, business disputes, real estate fraud, construction, auto dealership law, paternity, personal injury and lemon law.. Victor’s criminal jury trial experience includes representing individuals charged with the following types of crimes: first-degree intentional homicide, attempted first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree sexual assault, child neglect resulting in death, homicide by intoxicated use of motor vehicle, public official accepting bribes, burglary, federal drug and gun cases, and sexual predator law.. In addition to jury trials, Victor has extensive experience in representing clients in administrative hearings.  These hearings typically involve claims of employment discrimination.  He has represented both employers and employees in claims relating to race discrimination, religious discrimination, sex discrimination, and disability discrimination.

Matthew J. Linn graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee (B.B.A. cum laude in Finance June 1999 and M.B.A. in Leadership and Technology May 2004), and the William Mitchell College of Law, in St. Paul, Minnesota (J.D. May 2007). At law school, Matt was recognized upon graduation for donating 50 or more legal hours to public service and was honored through the Minnesota Justice Foundation's Law School Public Service Program. His law school activities included participation in William Mitchell's nationally ranked clinic program where he represented non-profit entities and provided legal assistance to Minnesota prisoners. Matthew received the school's CALI Excellence for the Future Award and served as the LexisNexis Student Research Assistant.. Prior to enrolling in law school, Matthew was employed by the financial firm Thomson Reuters (FKA Thomson Financial), where he performed business analysis for system design and function of front-end and back office brokerage trading interfaces and their corresponding business applications. After law school, Matthew practiced as an attorney in Milwaukee, Wisconsin before moving to Arizona in 2009 and practicing law in Phoenix.  Matthew returned to Wisconsin in 2014 and practices in the areas of probate, estate planning, bankruptcy, guardianships, family law, real estate, business law and criminal defense.. Matthew's leisure time activities include traveling, as well as developing fluency in the Spanish language.

I am the Managing Partner and Head of the Family/Deportation Practice Group at Sesini Law Group . My practice is entirely devoted to representing individuals with issues in family immigration, naturalization and citizenship, deportation defense, asylum, federal appeals and litigation, investment visas, and the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. Prior to focusing exclusively in immigration law, I practiced criminal law for many years, which experience makes me uniquely qualified to represent non-citizens with criminal convictions. I work frequently with criminal defense attorneys in criminal cases throughout Wisconsin and I have successfully vacated dozens and dozens of criminal convictions for my clients.. I speak frequently on immigration issues in the community, and I am invited to speak at several immigration-related seminars, including the 2014 American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the 2012 Wisconsin State Public Defenders annual seminar.
