In 2007 she enrolled in the nationally accredited McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. While being a full time law student, Natalia supplemented her legal education with concurrently holding a full time position as a paralegal, an invaluable opportunity she used to gain extensive legal experience by assisting in a wide variety of case litigation from class action lawsuits to personal injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse. In 2011 Natalia received her second law degree, having graduated as a member of the Dean's List and the Traynor Honor Society. Two months later, Natalia sat for and passed the California Bar Exam.. Natalia continued her legal career as in-house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. I was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho.  I attended law school at Gonzaga University and graduated in the spring of 2008.  I took the Nevada Bar in July of 2008, and was admitted to the Nevada Bar that fall.  I clerked for the Honorable David Gamble from the September of 2008 through August of 2009.  Since 2009 I have worked for Nancy Rey Jackson, Houghton Jones, APC, and most recently Heritage Law Group, PC.  I have focused my practices on Estate Planning, Asset Protection, Business, Probate, Guardianship, and Bankruptcy.  In addition to planning, I litigate in those areas as well.. I began my own firm, Millward Law, Ltd., on April 1, 2017.  The focus of my firm is "planning."  Be it estate planning or asset protection planning. I establish plans for my clients to help them meet their goals and aspirations for the future.

I returned to Nevada after graduating law school, where I lived and worked in Las Vegas for almost 7 years before relocating to Carson Valley in 2002.. I've since operated a general practice with emphasis in criminal defense and civil litigation, including plaintiff’s personal injury and family law. Practice also includes estate and probate law and both transactional business law as well as corporate litigation.. I've served as both conflict counsel for the Ninth Judicial District Court for indigent criminal defendants, as well as primary appointed counsel for juveniles. I was also engaged by the Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California as counsel for indigent criminal defendants in tribal court from 2008-2015. Since 2005 I've also acted as a court-appointed arbitrator in civil matters in the 1st, 2nd and 9th judicial district courts. In 2015, I began sitting pro tempore, for the East Fork Justice Court.. I am an experienced, aggressive and qualified trial attorney who provides my clients with a broad range of legal services.  My clients are individuals, families and small businesses, with an emphasis on the representation of Douglas County residents.

A lifelong Nevadan, Chuck grew up in Las Vegas in the 1960s, 70s and 80s.  Chuck earned his Bachelor’s Degree, with High Distinction from UNLV in 1989.  Chuck then attended the University of Utah College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1992.  Following a one-year clerkship at the Nevada Supreme Court, Chuck began practicing in Minden, Nevada, in 1993.  He became an associate with Brooke and Shaw, LTD, and later a partner of Brooke Shaw Zumpft.  Mr. Shaw retired; Mr. Brooke passed away, so Chuck formed Minden Lawyers, LLC.. Chuck’s primary areas of practice include family law, probate and estate planning, and criminal defense.  Chuck is and has been Yerington City attorney since 2000; and is General Counsel for Kingsbury General Improvement District and Indian Hills General Improvement District, both of which are in Douglas County.  Chuck is General Counsel for the Gardnerville Water Company, as well as Silver Springs Mutual Water Company.  Chuck is also counsel for the Tahoe Village Homeowners Association.. Chuck regularly provides pro bono legal services through Volunteer Attorneys for Rural Nevada (“VARN”).  VARN awarded Chuck with its “Lawyer in the Lobby of the Year” award in 2014.. Minden Lawyers presently has three attorneys serving its clients.  Chris Nichols is Of Counsel, but still actively provides advice and representation in bankruptcy, business planning and real estate matters.  Kelli Gallimore is focusing her practice on criminal defense, family law, and estate planning.  Minden Lawyers is blessed with an exceptionally capable staff, Tammy, Pam and Heidi.. Chuck lives with his wife, Pat, of 33 years, and their newly adopted 6-year old son.  Chuck and Pat raised two boys of their own, Chase and Corbin, and have fostered approximately fifty children over the last eight years.  Chuck enjoys motorcycling, camping, exploring the area via side-by-side, woodworking and beekeeping.
