I grew up on a farm north of Havre, Montana and attended the University of Montana for undergraduate studies.  In 1987, I graduated with a High Honors Degree in Political Science and high honors minors in History and Economics.  I then matriculated to the law school at the University of Montana and graduated with Honors in 1990 with my juris doctorate in law.  While in law school, I was an associate editor of the Montana Law Review and my article on comparative negligence was published in 1990.  I was also a member of the Law School Negotiation Team for two years and represented the law school in regional and national competitions.  I started my practice out of law school and have been successfully practicing law since the age of 25.  I have focused my practice on primarily personal injury and commercial litigation for the last fifteen years.  I think the fact that I like to help people makes the practice of law ideal as a career choice.

I graduated from Hellgate High School in 1971.  I was a member of the debate team in high school and continued on the debate team for the University of Montana.  I graduated from the U of M in 1975 with a degree in Human Communications and from the School of Law in 1980.. I was a law clerk for Justice Frank Morrison, Jr in 1981 and the Chief Enforcement Attorney for the Montana Securities Department in 1982.  I did post graduate study at the Puget Sound School of law before returning to Missoula to open a practice in 1983.  I began Bulman Law Associates PLLC and have specialized in disability and injury law since that time.

I am an attorney with many years of experience in civil litigation covering a wide variety of matters, including commercial disputes, international disputes, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage, and insurance defense. From 2000 to 2010 I practiced law in my home state of Florida before deciding to re-locate to Montana, where I have practiced ever since.. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Western Washington University in 2002 and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana in 2006.
