Torrance was born in Spokane, and raised in Spokane, Washington and Punta Gorda, Florida, graduating from Charlotte High School in 1995. Torrance earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 1998. Torrance attended the University of Montana Law School beginning in 2001, and graduating in 2004. Torrance has been with Tipp Coburn Lockwood PC since January 2005. Torrance represents individuals in a variety of legal areas, including motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination.
