While in law school, she volunteered her time to the Minnesota Justice Foundation’s family law clinics, served as a law clerk at a mid-sized Minneapolis law firm, as well as holding leadership roles in various student led practice area organizations.

Sam graduated from Hamline University, School of Law with a Juris Doctor in Law along with earning certificates both in International Business Negotiation and Advocacy and Problem Solving.  During law school, Sam was a student certified attorney and earned the prestigious position of Student Director of the Employment Discrimination Mediation Clinic.. Sam earned his B.A. in German with an emphasis in Literature along with a double minor in Ballroom Dance and Business Management from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.  During his college years Sam developed a wide variety of interests including rock climbing, SCUBA diving, dog sledding and ballroom dancing where he was a member of the Ballroom Dance Company.  In addition to his full schedule of school and hobbies, Sam was a Showcase winner on the long-running show, “The Price is Right.”. Sam is a Minnesota native raised near Kent, MN on his family’s small grain and alfalfa farm. He has always been active in all types of activities from playing drums in the band to singing in the choir. After high school, Sam lived in Germany for two years doing missionary work and helping others.

Meredith joined Central Minnesota Law in August of 2012 and took over as Owner and Managing Attorney in May of 2015. Prior to working with Central Minnesota Law, Meredith Boudrie worked at a law firm in Monticello, Minnesota as their family law attorney. Currently, Meredith practices in the areas of Family Law and Estate Planning. Meredith attended law school at William Mitchell College of Law from 2003 to 2006 and has been admitted to practice law in Minnesota since 2006. Prior to entering law school Meredith received her BA from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, Cum Laude, with a major in Criminology and minor in Psychology. After graduating from William Mitchell College of Law in 2006, Meredith served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert D. Walker. At the same time she was also the Martin County Law Librarian and Secretary for the Martin County Children’s Justice Initiative.Meredith is a volunteer with the Central Minnesota Legal Services Volunteer Attorney Program. Meredith also works as a contract attorney with Sherburne County where she provides legal services to pro se individuals at the court house.

Katelyn’s practice principally focuses on individual and class action litigation involving state and federal consumer protection statutes. Katelyn works closely with clients to develop early litigation strategies for each case including all facets of pleading, discovery, motion practice, and appeals

I am passionate about helping people, especially when it relates to the burdens of debt and getting a fresh financial start. I began specializing in bankruptcy in 2014.. When I am not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my family. Currently, the majority of my free time is spent chasing my toddler around, but I also enjoy photography and crafting.
