In 2008, Barry obtained a jury verdict in excess of $1,000,000 for a client injured in a slip and fall case. In 2011, Barry tried a slip and fall case in Rockland County in which he achieved a verdict in excess of $800,000. There was no money offered by the insurance company prior to trial, and the client collected the verdict with interest after Barry successfully neutralized the defendant’s appeal. Steven R. Rubenstein has been a partner of Rubenstein, Meyerson, Fox, Mancinelli, Conte & Bern, P.A. since its founding in 1988. His practice has focused on family law for most of his 45-year career.
