In Boyajian vs. C&R Realty, Barry represented a minority shareholder who received an award in excess of $600, based on oppressive conduct by the majority. In 2008, Barry obtained a jury verdict in excess of $1,000,000 for a client injured in a slip and fall case. In 2011, Barry tried a slip and fall case in Rockland County in which he achieved a verdict in excess of $800,000. There was no money offered by the insurance company prior to trial, and the client collected the verdict with interest after Barry successfully neutralized the defendant’s appeal.
