Richard received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire in 1993 and earned a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1996. After working as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eugene D. Serpentelli, A.J.S.C., retired, for the 1996-1997 term, he joined the Atlantic City firm of Levine Staller Sklar Chan Brodsky & Donnelly, PA, where he remained until 2005.. In January 2006, Richard joined the Law Office of Christopher M. Day, LLC as a partner and continued to focus his practice in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation. In 2008, the firm of D’Arcy Johnson Day was created where he is a shareholder. Richard is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by less than 2% of New Jersey attorneys. He is also a board-certified civil advocate, meeting the rigorous objective quality standards set forth by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
