I earned my Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law.  Prior to attending law school, I worked as a paralegal in San Antonio for five years, primarily in the area of Family Law.  I have a B.A. in Political Science, and graduated with honors from UTSA.. I earned my experience in litigation from the ground-up by first working in support roles before becoming an attorney myself.  I have the experience and knowledge to effectively assist clients in cases involving Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Preparation and Probate of Wills, and Evictions.. In a addition to being a litigator, I am also a trained Mediator, and am qualified and available to mediate many types of civil disputes.

I believe each client has a unique story, with their own need for support and guidance.  I talk frankly with my clients to give them an honest view of the pros and cons of litigating their case and the options they may face.  With a large practice and a large legal staff assisting me I’m able to spend as much time as needed with each and every client. Crystal was born and raised on the Westside of San Antonio, and started at the Law Office of Lisa Vance in 2016, after working in two other San Antonio-based law firms, specializing in family law, probate law, and property law, as well as at the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted criminal cases and continued her passion for advocacy in the courtroom.. Crystal loves family law because of the opportunity it gives her to help families. She says, “My mother was divorced and it was one of the hardest things that my family ever had to go through. It had lasting effects on me and my little brother. I want to do everything that I can to help with easing the process of divorce and changing family arrangements.”. She wants clients to know that she has extremely high ethical standards that she brings to her work with her clients and her interactions with opposing counsel. She also prides herself on always being honest with clients, even if it’s to convey difficult news. In addition to being a “cat and dog parent,” she gave birth to her first child in December 2016.

Attorney Monica G. Arriaga brings over ten years of legal expertise and knowledge to the Locke Law Group as Associate Attorney. Although she has extensive experience in multiple areas of the law, Monica will be focusing on providing experienced advocacy for her clients in our Family Law Division. Monica earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida, graduating in 2008 and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2009. She attended the University of Texas at San Antonio for her undergraduate work earning a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1997 and a B.A. in Political Science in 2005. She has Participated in the Community Justice Program as a volunteer from 2010 until 2011 where she did pro bono work for the San Antonio community.. Monica has been married to her husband for twenty-two years, has two grown children, and is a proud grandparent of five. She is also an animal lover and an avid dog enthusiast and trainer.

Attorney Enriqueta A. Perez attained her Master in Laws postgraduate degree at the University of Houston Law Center and earned her LLM in International Law. Attorney Perez acquired her Juris Doctor Degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law where she graduated with high honors, Cum Laude, and held an Officer Position as Lead Articles Editor of Law Review.  Attorney Perez is published for her work regarding Collective Bargaining. Attorney Perez is a native San Antonian and the first in her family to go to college. Attorney Perez graduated with her Bachelors of Art in both Political Science and English as a member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Class at Texas A&M University, College Station.
