To tell you a word or two about myself: I was born and raised in San Antonio. I am licensed by the Texas Supreme Court and I ensure that people in the community have a fair and honest legal representation. I grew up and attended public schools in San Antonio, Texas.  I received my Doctor of Laws from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2000 and my Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Mary's University in 1994.. Before private practice, I worked for several law firms, and served as a state prosecutor in Webb County, and also served as an assistant city attorney in Laredo, Texas.. I'm an avid cyclist, and have participated in several charitable cycling events including the Tour de Cure, and the MS-150.   I also enjoy spending time with my family traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.

Ann W. Jamieson first joined Higdon, Hardy and Zuflacht, LLP as a law clerk in 2011 while she was attending St. Mary's University School of Law. In addition to clerking at HHZ, Ann was an Associate Editor of The Scholar: St. Mary's Law Review on Race and Social Justice. She was also a member of Phi Delta Phi, the International Legal Honor Society, and she was the recipient of the Pro Bono Certificate for her dedication to community service.
