In his corproate defense practice, Shane represented some of the largest corporations in the world, litigating complex cases across the country, including a wide variety of personal injury and product liability lawsuits. Shane gave up his corporate defense practice to help seriously injured people in Utah put their lives back together. He accepted a position with a national personal injury law firm, serving as the firm’s managing attorney for the Intermountain region. In that position, he litigated complex personal injury actions across Utah and Arizona. He subsequently founded Gosdis Law to focus on representing seriously injured people in Utah.. Shane loves fighting for them against the large corporations and insurance companies he once defended in his previous life as a corporate defense attorney. Riley T. Waddoups has been with Robert J. DeBry & Associates for over 19 years, holding various positions in the firm. He has been an attorney since 2008..
