I was born raised and educated in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. It's home. My father was a lawyer in Madison,Tn and I always wanted to be a lawyer. My first job was to go to his law office on Saturday morning to clean the office while he met with clients or did some paper work. After college , I worked in a family business before law school. It gave me an appreciation of making a living .I decided to go to law school,but I had a wife and daughter so I went to the Nashville School of Law and worked during the day. During law school, I clerked for a Circuit Court Judge in Nashville. It gave me an inside look at how the courts run rather than a sterile law school approach. I enjoy representing the person who runs afoul of the law law or is taken advantage of by big insurance companies. I want to level the playing field so the police or insurance claims adjusters do not run all over of the courtroom, I like to take my youngest son on fishing trips. I never miss a Titan's SEC football. A little known fact is I enjoy cooking on a Big Green Egg Churchill stated the greatest gift the English gave America is the right to a jury trial. I think that is more true today than ever.

I was born in Nashville.  I attended Tennessee Technological University graduating Cum Laude with a degree in electrical engineering.  After practicing engineering for over 20 years, I attended Nashville School of Law graduating #1 in my class.  I bring a unique perspective to my practice and stand ready to help.

I was born and raised in Sweetwater, Tennessee.  I obtained my Associate of Science degree from Cleveland State Community College in 2002 where I also played basketball. I completed my bachelor’s degree at the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2004. I graduated with honors from the Nashville School of Law in 2009 earning a membership in the prestigious Cooper’s Inn Honor Society. While in law school, I was a student member of the Harry Phillips American Inn of Court in 2009.. I am admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. I have been a member of the Tennessee Association for Justice since 2008. In 2012, I was appointed as a Presidential Nominee to the Tennessee Association for Justice’s Board of Governors, and I currently serve on the Board today. I have been a member of the Nashville Bar Association since 2007. Beginning in 2012, I have served on the board of the Nashville Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Division. I have been a member of the American Association for Justice since 2009.. I was recognized by my peers as Best of the Bar for 2014 in the Nashville Business Journal.

I was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, in the Belmont-Hillsboro area. I am the youngest of six children. After graduating from Father Ryan High School in 2005, I attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and obtained my bachelor's degree. I then went to the other side of the state to the University of Memphis to earn my juris doctorate.. I met my husband during our first year of law school, and we were married the October following our graduation in 2012. He took the bar exam and began building a practice while I worked as a preschool administrator. After I received my license, I joined him full-time. Because both of us came from working-class families, we enjoy representing individuals and small businesses who are often underrepresented.. I love working for myself because it allows me freedom to assist clients in a number of different ways, rather than limiting my practice to one specific area. I also like being able to set my own schedule to best serve my clients--we can meet at times outside of regular business hours to accommodate their schedules, for example. I also enjoy that I have spare time for my personal interests and hobbies, like home improvement projects, cooking, reading, writing, and music. I think having time for such things is invaluable because they relieve stress and widen my knowledge base.

I started at Whitfield, Bryson & Mason as a law clerk during my time at University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. After graduating law school in two and a half years, I joined the firm as an associate atorney.. I graduated from Western Kentucky University Summa Cum Laude in December 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate and Organization Communication. During law school, I was a member of Law Students for Justice (a law school division of the American Association for Justice) and served on the University of Louisville Law Review. I graduated Magna Cum Laude, and was excited to join the firm shortly thereafter.. During the summer of 2015, I was part of the trial team that obtained at $681k verdict in Kentucky. I am an active member and serve on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Assocation and am also active with the American Assocation for Justice where I currently serve as the Chair for the Railroad Section of AAJ. I primarily handle business disputes and complex personal injury cases, such as nursing home neglect/abuse, medical malpractice and other matters involving serious injuries.  I spent the first eight years of my practice with a firm that defended insurance companies and their insureds, which included individuals, small private businesses and large public corporations, but I now represent individuals and businesses who have been harmed by others.

I moved to Nashville in 2011 after graduating law school. I'm a solo Criminal Defense attorney, handling anything between minor drug possession and violent felony charges. I joined Raybin & Weissman in August 2009 as a receptionist while I was in my first year of law school at Nashville School of Law. Within a year of joining the firm, I became the legal assistant for David Weissman – a position I held until I graduated law school in 2013. After passing the bar, I was hired as an associate for the firm where I focus on personal injury law and domestic law.. I am originally from Memphis and I graduated from Rhodes College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While at Rhodes, I was a student-athlete as well as a student-trainer. I hold several records in basketball and had an opportunity to play basketball overseas in Iceland after graduating college. However, I turned down this opportunity to pursue my dream of becoming an attorney.. Outside of the office, I love cheering on the Green Bay Packers, watching sports and  playing anything sports related.

I have been practicing law in the Nashville area since 2004. While enrolled in law school, I worked as a law clerk for the Honorable James F. Russell of the Shelby County Circuit Court. I was Vice President of the Student Bar Association and Vice Magistrate of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity at the University of Memphis. In 2004, I was awarded the Smith’s Distinguished Service Award and the CALI Award (highest grade) in Alternative Dispute Resolution/Mediation. I am a member of Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society. I have spoken at continuing legal education seminars discussing advanced issues in workers' compensation. I grew up in Nashville, attending Eakin Elementary, Caldwell Middle, and Hillsboro High Schools. In my life, I have been a stepchild and a stepfather; I endured a divorce, and have children of my own. While at Hillsboro I received the Ed Hessey award (ask me). After spending five great years in college during the Payton Manning years, I graduated from U.T. (Knoxville) in 1997, and went to work in Nashville and Charleston, South Carolina for the trucking division of the world’s largest international shipping and logistics company. After three years in the real world, I went back to school, and received my law degree in 2003 from the University of South Carolina. While there I clerked for a local law firm and worked on the student staff of the ABA Real Property, Probate, and Trust Journal. I was on the Dean's List and found time to enjoy USC.. After graduation, I spent time working in a law firm and as an Assistant Public Defender before settling into my private, solo, practice in 2007. My focus is family and domestic law. I am currently admitted to practice in South Carolina (inactive status) and Tennessee.

I grew up all over Central Arkansas but now call Nashville my home. I was raised in a single-parent household that struggled to make ends meet. My mother worked two jobs and did her best, but our family (like many others) fell prey to the extreme difficulties of poverty. I know the battle that lower income households face every single day, and witnessed firsthand how poverty coupled with addiction can tear families apart.. Because of my childhood experiences, I knew from an early age that I wanted to escape the system holding my family down. I had a strong desire to serve my community and felt a need to help others. So, at the age of seventeen, I enlisted in the military and continue to serve to this day. During my first enlistment, I was deployed to Baghdad, Iraq, as a Combat Medic, and it was in this capacity that I truly learned how to work under extreme pressure. Continuing my career in the military has allowed me the opportunity to gain exceptional leadership experience, discipline, and the resiliency needed to be successful in life.. After Iraq, I wanted to get back to a “normal” life and focus on going back to school. In December of 2011, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, with an emphasis in Criminology, and a minor in Addiction Studies. From there, I worked in social services with the Arkansas Dept. of Human Services. After three years of grueling work, I felt unfulfilled and knew that I could be doing more. It was at that point I decided to apply for law school.. I have been practicing law since 2018 and, prior to opening my firm, I was a Deputy Prosecutor in Garland County. As a prosecutor, I handled felony and misdemeanor cases involving a variety of charges such as drugs (possession, paraphernalia, intent to deliver, etc.), DWI/BWI, theft of property, and violent crimes—just to name a few. I left the prosecutor’s office because I realized I had a greater calling to help families in my local area and assist those accused of crimes, not prosecute them.. My greatest calling in life, however, is being a mother and spouse. My family is my bedrock and the foundation that supports all that I do. I am truly blessed beyond measure.

I graduated from New England School of Law in 2009, and since then have practiced family law exclusively.. I graduated from law school in 2008 and began my legal career at a large law firm, handling complex commercial civil litigation. After seven years at the firm, I decided that I wanted to take my career (and my life) in a very different direction and, so, I accepted a position as a judicial law clerk to a federal district court judge.
