In the District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, over the last eight years, he has had repeated successes in securing sentences significantly below the “advisory guideline recommendation.” He understands the importance of well-crafted sentencing memorandums that help the sentencing judge see his client as full human being, entitled to respect, and possessing human dignity. I joined Raybin & Weissman in August 2009 as a receptionist while I was in my first year of law school at Nashville School of Law. Within a year of joining the firm, I became the legal assistant for David Weissman – a position I held until I graduated law school in 2013. After passing the bar, I was hired as an associate for the firm where I focus on personal injury law and domestic law.. I am originally from Memphis and I graduated from Rhodes College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While at Rhodes, I was a student-athlete as well as a student-trainer. I hold several records in basketball and had an opportunity to play basketball overseas in Iceland after graduating college. However, I turned down this opportunity to pursue my dream of becoming an attorney..
