In privatepractice, Richard has primarily represented clients in divorce cases, probatematters, and conducted divorce and custody mediations.  Richard has been a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule31 Mediator since 1998, and has mediated hundreds of cases.. Mr.Hedgepath has been a presenter in family law seminars, and mediation trainingseminars.  He is an active Pro BonoLawyer and Pro Bono Mediator, and he volunteers in the community as a member of“Hands on Nashville”..
