RichardHedgepath was born February 23, 1961 in Nashville Tennessee.  He grew up in Nashville and graduated fromHillwood High School, Belmont University, and Nashville School of Law.. In privatepractice, Richard has primarily represented clients in divorce cases, probatematters, and conducted divorce and custody mediations.  Richard has been a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule31 Mediator since 1998, and has mediated hundreds of cases..
