Jay graduated from Brother Martin High School in 1987. In 1992 Jay graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of English degree. Jay went to Graduate School at Touro College in 2008 and earned his Master’s Degree in Education. From 2006 to 2013 Jay taught school in Louisiana and New York. Jay graduated from Loyola University and was appointed to the Louisiana Bar on October 16, 2017. Jay brings over 30 years of experience in the area of customer satisfaction to the practice of law.
