Stephen H. Haskins was raised in Pinellas County, and is a graduate of Dunedin High School. Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida in December of 1975, having majored in accounting. He graduated from the University Of Florida College Of Law in December 1979 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in July, 1980.. After graduating from Law School, Steve returned to Pinellas County where he had practiced law for the past twenty-eight (28) years.
