I am a litigation attorney focusing on divorce, custody, adoption and other family law issues. Prior to starting Benjamin Kearns Law, I worked for the largest domestic law firm in the country and gained valuable experience representing people dealing with a variety of family law issues.. I graduated with honors from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2009. During law school, I received a full tuition academic scholarship, was an associate editor of the BYU Journal of Public Law, and participated on the school’s trial advocacy team. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Utah Valley University in 2006.
