Ms. Walsh was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1986 and the New Jersey Bar in 1989. She is also admitted to the U.S District Court and to the U.S Supreme Court.. From 1986 through 2000 Ms. Walsh was associated with Ashcraft & Gerel concentrating her practice in workers’ compensation and personal injury. In March of 2000 Ms. Walsh opened her own firm. In addition to her practice of workers’ compensation and personal injury Ms. Walsh now also handles social security disability cases.. Ms. Walsh has served in the past as an editorial editor for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Journal and on the Virginia Trial Lawyers Workers’ Compensation legislative committee.
