You probably want to know a bit about me before you decide who is going to help decide your future. In the beginning, I pushed the envelope on almost everything. Then I turned 6. Oh, maybe 17. The truth is I continue to explore new boundaries because solutions are often found in uncharted zones. I just stay within the areas that are ethical now. Before 17, I'm not sure I understood the reasons for many of the boundaries, but luckily I discovered them in time to pursue my lifelong ambition to discuss and argue with purpose, while challenging norms and preconceived notions, as well as battling for equality.. I strive for balance in working hard and also playing equally hard by skiing, biking, hiking, swimming, scuba diving, challenging ocean waves, running, and golfing among other pursuits. I'm not done, and probably never will be done changing our lives for the better by redefining right and what is thought of as wrong. Nor am I done loving the warmth of the sun in the winter and the coolness of the breeze in the summer. Or a judge who listens well, asking me a relevent question of my client's situation.. I have always worked and strived for my clients, and would love you giving me the opportunity to solve your legal problem.

Scott Lythgoe was raised in Ogden, Utah. After graduating from high school, he served an LDS mission in Spain and thereafter enrolled at Utah State University and the Air Force ROTC program. Scott earned a degree in Human Resource Management and was commissioned to 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. Scott spent 5 ½ years on active duty and flew operation combat support missions during Desert Storm. Scott is now with the Utah Air National Guard. Scott earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Utah College of Law. After graduating from law school, Scott, his wife, Lorette, and their children moved to Ogden where he opened his own law office. Since 1997, Scott has represented clients who have been denied claims for their Workman’s Compensation benefits and Social Security Disability benefits. Scott also provides services in the areas of Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Juvenile Court, Estate Planning, Adoptions, and Guardianships/Conservatorships. Scott is an active member of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association and Inns of Court. Ryan is a lifelong Utah resident with strong ties to the local communities and an active member of the Utah Bar.. Ryan earned his J.D. and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Weber State University.. While in law school, Ryan actively participated in trial and advocacy competitions and was selected to work with the school’s Pro Bono clinic.  Ryan, while working in the Harris County Attorney’s Office, was able to gain valuable experience in several practice areas included, family, criminal , property and general civil litigation.. Furthermore, Ryan worked as a student attorney with a private law firm where he handled many cases involving business organization, estate planning and other civil matters. Ryan is the managing attorney of his own law practice where he handled a wide variety of cases that included criminal defense, divorce and child custody, and eviction actions.. Ryan’s success in the practice of law stems for his broad array of experience gained while working in the construction and manufacturing industries. Ryan uses his 10 years of project management experience to streamline case strategies and provided effective and efficient legal services to his clients.. My name is Glen Neeley; I am currently one of two Board Certified DUI Defense Lawyers in Utah and I focus most of my practice on DUI and Drug offenses.  I have spent my twelve plus years of practice on the defense side.  I began to focus on DUI cases in late 1999 and early 2000 after becoming a member of the National College for DUI Defense.  I have hundreds of hours of continuing legal education on criminal law issues and specifically on DUI defense.. I have been married to the love of my life since 1995.  We have three beautiful and ambitious daughters.  I grew up in the Ogden, Utah area.  I am a religious man and served the Lord on an LDS Mission for two years in Canada preaching the Gospel. I also served my country for 8 years in the United States Air Force.  My family and I are blessed to live in Ogden and have many close family members and friends who we enjoy spending time with often.. Because my practice focuses on DUI defense, I often speak and lecture to other lawyers about how to defend a DUI case.  I have been interviewed by several TV stations, newspapers and other local media in cases and issues involving DUI or other intoxication issues.. My goal is to focus on each case that I take and provide personal client attention.  I try more cases in a year than most criminal lawyers try in ten years and I believe that is for several reasons.  I really enjoy my work.  I enjoy standing up for the person who cannot stand up for himself.  In most cases, I build a friendship with my clients.  I believe in people and their humanity.  If I can help them in their time of stress, I want to do whatever I can.  I enjoy trials.  I enjoy the stress that comes with being in trial and the feeling of being alive and giving of myself.  I believe that when I walk in that courtroom, as arrogant as this might sound, I am in charge and the goal is to help my client.

Mr. Warner's interest has always centered on his client's needs. A substantial part of his practice has always focused on the needs of the elderly. In recent years he has refined this focus and particularly enjoys helping seniors with issues regarding the protection of their assets in the event they need nursing home care. He also has a very active practice preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and administering and probating estates.

I have been practicing divorce and child custody law for over 25 years.  I am also a mediator and help people to find solutions in a creative process to help resolve their conflict.. My firm, Richards & Godfrey, P.C. is a full service law firm that practices in the area of family and domestic law, including divorce and child custody cases, bankruptcy, adoptions, real estate, criminal and immigration law.. I am not a great runner but in a year and a half I ran 7 marathons including the opportunity to run the Boston Marathon in 2012.  No, I didn't qualify but got in under a corporate sponsorship..
