Hayley Potts was born in Yeovil, a small town in southwest England. Before moving to the United States, Hayley graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University Law School with honors in 2010. While in England, Hayley worked with both barristers who worked in the criminal sector and with solicitors in drafting commercial leases, wills and land registration. In September, 2010, Hayley moved to Oklahoma City as part of a pro bono exchange program called Amicus, where English law graduates assist in American capital defense teams. Hayley was placed in the Oklahoma County Public Defenders Office where she worked as an investigator, assisting attorneys on numerous death penalty cases. In August 2011, Hayley began attending Oklahoma City University School of Law to cross-qualify her as an attorney in Oklahoma and has received the Cali Excellence for the Future Award for Legal Profession. She graduated from an expedited course schedule which essentially converted her U.K. legal license to an American bar license, enabling her to practice in both countries. Her fast-track legal education enabled her to take the full courses required for her Juris Doctor in only two years, rather than the required three years of study, which she received in May 2013. As a Attorney Hayley has assisted with both criminal and civil litigations, including high profiled criminal trials. Hayley opened up her own practice, The Potts Law Office, PLLC in order to continuing practicing American law, which is a general law practice with emphasis on criminal defense and family law. Hayley is also an accomplished Netball athlete, and when she has spare time, she likes to spend it working out, playing sports, and keeping active. She visits her mother, father and brother in England as often as possible.

Chris Brinkley has called Oklahoma home for nearly his entire life. At an early age, Chris had aspirations of becoming an astronaut. Those dreams fell short though, when he got his first pair of glasses, forcing him to realize he would likely never fly in space. However, his passion for the industry eventually led to him getting an undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering. Chris then returned to school at the University of Tulsa College of Law where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity and graduated with a Juris Doctor in 1994. He has utilized his engineering degree since his first legal job in which he prepared lawyers to depose engineers. For the last 24 years, Chris has focused his practice on products liability, wrecks caused by tractor-trailers, and other areas of personal injury. Chris takes great pride in providing quality and sympathetic representation for each and every one of his clients.. Chris is an avid owner of a Saturn Sky roadster, participates in events nationwide, was the chief organizer of the 11th North American Solstice Sky Annual Meet (NASSAM) held in 2016, and is the chief organizers for NASSAM 2022 to be held in California.  Chris sponsors the University of Oklahoma College of Engineering's Sooner Racing Team.  Chris runs 5K and half-marathon races, often as an Ainsley’s Angels runner accompanying a special needs athlete. Chris is also a competitive racquetball player, sponsored by Head Racquetball. Chris is married to Karen Brinkley who was his first love all the way back in junior high school. The two share a passion for many types of dance, are devoted benefactors to a number of ballet companies, and have even danced several times in the Charleston Ballet’s performance of The Nutcracker. Chris also served on the Board of Directors of the Charleston Ballet.
