I grew up in a large family in Omaha Nebraska. I attended school in Omaha before heading to Lincoln for college. I returned to Omaha for law school and have been practicing in Nebraska and Iowa for the past 35 years.. I currently live on a small farm in Iowa.

Following in the footsteps of many of my first responder family members, my career in the legal field began as a Police Officer with the New York City Police Department. However, a work injury changed my path, and I traveled west to continue my passion for the law and received my law degree from Creighton University Law School. My experience with a work injury lead me to pursue a career helping other injured individuals. Now with offices in Omaha & Lincoln, my firm has helped thousands of Nebraskans with work and personal injury claims since we opened our doors in 1992. We've helped many families with the tragedy of wrongful death claims and other life altering injuries.
