Ashley is a Nebraska native who studied law at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. There, she advocated zealously for animal welfare, founding the St. Mary’s Animal Legal Defense Fund chapter and publishing an analysis of Texas animal cruelty laws in The Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Race & Social Justice. Ashley is passionate about estate planning - she loves to help clients by providing peace of mind and legal autonomy. She enjoys studying updates on death care and funeral law to help clients feel in control even at the end of life. Ashley's practice consists of estate planning, probate, and real estate litigation.. Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys painting and exploring the Hill Country with her husband and bloodhound.

As a Nebraska native, Kelsey attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and then Nebraska Law School. While in law school, Kelsey participated in moot court competitions and the school’s trial team. Upon graduation, Kelsey was awarded membership in the Order of the Barristers for her oral advocacy achievement.. Following law school, her pursuit of making the legal system accessible to everyone led her to a position as a staff attorney with Iowa Legal Aid. While at Legal Aid, Kelsey assisted victims of crime with a wide variety of legal issues including landlord/tenant and disability law. However, Kelsey’s primary area of practice was in family law. She is a member of the Pottawattamie County Women’s Bar Association and the 4th District Bar Association.

Andrea L. Hardesty is an attorney at McGill Law. She represents clients in eastern Nebraska and western Iowa on a range of matters. She is especially passionate about estate planning and probate.

A native Nebraskan, David Cripe was born in Beatrice in 1970. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1993, and in 1998 was awarded a law degree from Creighton University. Immediately after being admitted to the Nebraska State Bar Association, he began serving as an Assistant Public Defender for Douglas County for the next two years. From there he moved on to private practice, working with Sodoro, Daly & Sodoro, while specializing in insurance defense litigation and medical malpractice defense law. During more than eight years there, Dave garnered extensive experience representing insurance companies. His firsthand knowledge of the tactics large insurance companies use in personal injury cases makes David a very useful member of the Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop team.
