Ashley is passionate about estate planning - she loves to help clients by providing peace of mind and legal autonomy. She enjoys studying updates on death care and funeral law to help clients feel in control even at the end of life. Ashley's practice consists of estate planning, probate, and real estate litigation.. As a Nebraska native, Kelsey attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and then Nebraska Law School. While in law school, Kelsey participated in moot court competitions and the school’s trial team. Upon graduation, Kelsey was awarded membership in the Order of the Barristers for her oral advocacy achievement.. Following law school, her pursuit of making the legal system accessible to everyone led her to a position as a staff attorney with Iowa Legal Aid. A native Nebraskan, David Cripe was born in Beatrice in 1970. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1993, and in 1998 was awarded a law degree from Creighton University. Immediately after being admitted to the Nebraska State Bar Association, he began serving as an Assistant Public Defender for Douglas County for the next two years. From there he moved on to private practice, working with Sodoro, Daly & Sodoro, while specializing in insurance defense litigation and medical malpractice defense law.
