I am a Board Certified Civil Trial attorney. My clients become life long friends. I think is important to treat everyone with respect, kindness and compassion. Nothing makes me happier that to make a positive difference in the lives our client's and their families. When my family came to this country from Cuba in 1962 we only had each other and the desire to work hard and succeed. I know what it is like to lose everything and start from nothing. This experience fuels my desire to help others that have suffered loses and injuries due to someone elses negligence. I am committed to personal and professional growth. I believe that if we are not growing we are dying. Committment to exceptional client service drives us each day. That means returning calls promptly and going the extra mile for our clients.

Helping others is why I love the practice of law. As a plaintiff's attorney, I am able to help families who have been involved in catastrophic tradegies and help them through recovery stages and accountabilty for those responsible. Even when not catastrophic, our firm has always helped those injured even if a small accident to achieve resolutuion and to help facilitate medical treatment and fight insurance companies.. During the first years of my practice, I represented insurance companies and some large self-insureds like Wal-Mart and Winn Dixie against injured people in teir families which provided an education in the insurance companie's and adjusters way to defend cases. I realized I wanted to help individuals and their familes, even if it meant taking on large law firms and businesses.. Our firm has always been active in the community and I have a passion for helping and working with displaced children as a Guardian ad litem volunteering on some of the most difficult cases. I also worked as a volunteer atotrneyhelping families of those devestated by the WOrld Trade Center horrors of 9/11 and worked with many of the victim's families in securing rightful benefits. As an attoeny, I have the ability to make a difference while loving what I do.. Our firm handles cases involving automobie accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, trucking accidents, wrongful death and brain inuries. We have helped many over our 30 years working together as a team. We pride ourselves on individual attention to every client and unlike others today, meet and talk to each person ourselves. Our paralegals work as part of the team but Gregg Page and myself work on cases together.. We get referrals from lawyers around the country, doctors, friends, neighbors, fellow Church and synagogue members but most coes from those we have represented in the past and know we will do everything we can to help those in need. We have recieved referrals from clients we represented 30 years ago who send their sons, daughters, and even grandkids . We are here to answer questions and help, often unpaid but to point you in the right direction.. We love practicing law and I have benefitted from each and every client, even if occasionally, the case does not turn out the way you want. We have obtained recoveries well over 10,000,000 and even higher . We want to help

For the past 28 years, Tony Caggiano has been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law. Less than 1% of all Florida lawyers are Board Certified specialists to handle car accident, personal injury and medical malpractice cases. In 1999, he was chosen to serve on The Florida Bar Civil Trial Law Certification Committee. This committee is entrusted with evaluating and testing other lawyers who wish to hold themselves out as specialists in Civil Trial Law. From 2002 through 2004, Mr. Caggiano was honored to serve as Chair of this Florida Bar Committee.. Tony Caggiano is also a member of the invitation only American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Membership in this organization is limited to premiere trial lawyers selected by their peers as outstanding, ethical lawyers.. Tony Caggiano attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston, served as a writer and editor of its Law Journal, and graduated in 1984. He became a member of The Florida Bar in 1984 and The Massachusetts Bar in 1985.. Tony Caggiano has practiced exclusively in civil trial law. After graduation, he began working for an insurance defense law firm in Miami, Florida. In 1987, he decided to use the insight he had gained as an insurance defense lawyer to benefit victims of personal injury and medical malpractice by founding Florida Trial MD with Dr. Walter Ward, a medical doctor and lawyer.. Tony Caggiano spends a considerable amount of time offering free legal services to those less fortunate. He has been recognized by the Eleventh Judicial Circuit and the Dade County Bar Association, receiving the pro bono award for providing free legal work to those in need in the area of general civil law. On behalf of the Orange County Bar Association, he serves as a guardian ad litem for abused, abandoned, and neglected children. He is also actively involved in his community through his church and has served on the school board.. Tony Caggiano considers it a privilege to represent the interests of those who have been injured. All too frequently in our civil justice system, careless companies and individuals try to avoid responsibility for the harm that they cause. Insurance companies, medical associations, and business interests have lobbied our state legislators to strip away people’s rights and to create more challenges for those simply seeking to be treated fairly. Sadly, injured people have also been targeted by outrageous lawyer advertising. Lawyers who are not specialists in personal injury or medical malpractice can advertise for those very cases.. Florida Trial MD, is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, an honor limited to only the most distinguished law practices: those that have achieved an AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. “The ‘A’ signifies the highest level of legal ability, while the ‘V’ denotes ‘very high’ adherence to professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability, and diligence.” We invite you to use our website to learn more about our law firm, your legal rights, and what we may be able to do for you.

Firm: Tina Willis Law Injury Accident Lawyer

Do You Want A Lawyer Or A Paper Pusher Handling Your Case?. There are many traps for the unwary with accident and injury cases, and plenty of misleading advertising.  We explain all of the potential problems in simple terms in numerous articles on our website.  You can also avoid them all by calling us.  And, when you call our law firm, you will talk to one of three highly experienced injury & accident lawyers, not a secretary or paralegal.. Many law firms operate settlement mill firms, which means that you get very little lawyer time dedicated to your case.  This leads to lower recovery amounts.  In general, high volume, big advertising firms are not a good choice.  Low volume firms focused on serious injuries are the best choice.  This is because, when lawyers spend time talking to you, and learning about your case, then doing the work of investigating for helpful evidence, then proving your case in court, you win more.  On the flipside, if you hire a settlement mill firm, you will get few questions answered, little work will be done, and your recovery will be lower than it should have been.. We Have Recovered Many Millions For Our Clients. Fast & Free Phone Consultations With Highly Experienced Lawyers. if you meet our case crtieria, we provide free attorney consultations 24/7/365 -- fast & free, over the phone at first, then in person if needed.. We provide exceptionally personalized service.  If you call us, you will never get the run around from "case managers," "investigators," or paralegals with our firm.  We will tell you the good and bad about your case. We will also tell you how to get the highest possible recovery.  Only highly experienced lawyers work on our team, and a small number of them.  We work in teamwork fashion, with Ms. Willis leading the way.  We always spend an extended amount of time just for the intial teleconference & in-person consultation with all of our new clients.  During this time, we explain what happens during personal injury cases, how insurance companies determine case value, and how you can get the highest value using that information.  Others may not mention this fact, but your actions after the accident have a lot to do with whether you recover and how much.  You need an attorney who will teach you what you need to know, then strongly advocate on your behalf.. Serious & Catastrophic Injury & Wrongful Death Cases. We only handle more serious injury, death & accident cases.  This allows us to maintain a low case load, which allows us to provide the highest level of service to all of our clients..
