I have 25 years of experience in the personal injury arena, 10 of those years representing individuals who were injured through the negligence of others and the other 15 years representing individuals and businesses insured by some of the largest insurance companies in the country. I now only represent injured parties, bringing my experience as both a plaintiff attorney and insurance defense attorney to individuals who have been injured through the negligence of others. My areas of practice include personal injury, automobile negligence, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death and insurance litigation. I know that every injury is personal to the individual and my goal is to provide the meaningful service every client deserves to maximize recoveries for each of my clients. I was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota and worked in nursing before going to law school. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 1990 and in 1994 I obtained my law degree from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota where I was a member of the Law Review. I returned to Central Florida following law school and served the citizens of Orange County as an assistant public defender before moving into private practice with an insurance defense firm for several years. I also volunteered my services as a Guardian Ad Litem for underprivileged children in Orange County. My goal through all my years of representing clients has always been to acheive the very best result possible for each individual client and I consider it a privilege to continue to do so.
