Since 1993, Terrie L. Culver has been practicing law in the areas of business/corporate and real estate law litigation and transactions. Terrie first began her career by clerking for an Illinois Court Judge. Then she went on to the private sector, employed by a small firm where she handled High Profile Matters including the 1990's Cell Phone and Prozac cases in which she was up against the larger firms and their partners, more than handling her own. During that time, she also represented clients in Corporate, Employment, Construction and Real Estate Matters. After leaving the small firm, she worked for a Large Municipal Corporation where she handled Construction and Real Estate cases. Lastly, she was employed by an International Sales Corporation as North America Counsel where she was responsible for all of the legal needs of 12 Offices throughout North America.. In 2007, Terrie opened up her own firm.

Ken received his JD from the John Marshall Law School and AB from Loyola Universty.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant and held various financial positions with Contractors, a Manufacturing firm and Real Estate Developers prior to entering the practice of law.   In 1992 Ken opened his legal practice in Palatine, IL.  His practice covers the counties of Cook, Lake, McHenry, Kane and DuPage.     He is licensed to practice before all Illinois state courts, the US District Court of Illinois, Northern District and the US 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.. Legal practice concentrates in Family Law, Bankruptcy, Real Estate and General Practice.. Ken also holds a Managing Real Estate Brokers License.

I'm a licensed attorney with 15 years of experience in everything ranging from commercial litigation, to estate planning, to real estate matters.. I have dedicated most of my life to the law. I was a police officer for over 23 years. While I was a police officer, I went to law school at night, graduated and passed the bar. Admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2004, I have been practicing in the area of real estate, estate planning, and municipal prosecution. After I retired from law enforcement, I added Criminal Defense to my list of practice areas. My unique background as a former officer and prosecutor makes me a valuable asset in any criminal case.
