I'm a licensed attorney with 15 years of experience in everything ranging from commercial litigation, to estate planning, to real estate matters.. Today my focus is on real estate transactions - handling everything from the $35,000 REO purchase, to the sale of million dollar homes, to the purchase and sale of commercial properties well in excess of a million dollars. I always take my clients needs and expectations into consideration and strive to respond quickly to them and get them the answers they want. A real estate transaction, at any level, is ridden with potential pitfalls. I am committed to educating my clients on these pitfalls and the protections they need in place, and to making the transaction as smooth as possible.
