Mr. Lipton began his career working as a law clerk for various law firms, including the Fran Haasch Law Group. After passing the Florida Bar, Mr. Lipton joined the Fran Haasch Law Group as an attorney and has been with the firm ever since.. Mr. Lipton is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Florida. Mr. Lipton currently holds memberships in the Florida Justice Association (Formerly Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers), the Florida Bar, and the American Bar Association. Joseph A. John J. Hart was born and raised in Northern California before relocating to Pinellas County, Florida, as a teenager with his family. He attended and graduated from Countryside High School in Clearwater, Florida, and subsequently became employed by Florin|Roebig, at the age of eighteen (18), as an office assistant. John later departed the firm to pursue his undergraduate degree at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology.. Following his graduation from Missouri Southern State University, John returned from the Midwest back to Pinellas County where he rejoined Florin|Roebig as a litigation legal assistant and assisted many of the firm’s attorneys in trial over the past decade. Jennifer Cooley, Esq. graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2010 and has been practicing law since September 2010.  She has extensive experience in residential foreclosures, homeowners/condo association liens and foreclosures, and personal injury, but is also passionate about real estate law and estate planning.  She has always had a strong desire to help people and loves that her law degree enables her to do that.. She is married to Josh Cooley, a third grade teacher in Hillsborough County.  She is a Christian and is very active in her church, Grace Family Church, in Lutz.  When not working, she enjoys playing sports outside, hanging out with her Maltese who just turned 18!, and visiting the Orlando theme parks.

In addition to practicing personal injury law and estate planning for 20+ years, I'm also an advocate for the arts. I volunteered pro-bono for the now defunct County run program, Volunteer Legal Assistance for the Arts. I'm also currently Chairman of the Board for the Dunedin Fine Art Center, Tampa Bay's largest non-accredited arts education center and gallery. In the past I was the president of Florida Craftsman Gallery (now known as Florida CraftArt) located in St. Petersburg. I have also been a docent at the Salvador Dali Museum also located in St. Petersburg and have been doing this for more than 20 years.

In 2007, I received my Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. During law school, I held a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) compliance internship with the University of South Florida athletic department. Possibly the most valuable experience of my life was when I attended Gonzaga University School of Law in Florence, Italy, where my focus was International Human Rights and Civil Rights.. My entire legal career has been focused on employee rights litigation where I exclusively represent workers in legal claims against their employers. I have represented individual plaintiffs and classes of employees (class action and collective action) in connection with claims against companies large and small, including some of the largest and most powerful corporations in the United States. My representation of employees includes claims of discrimination (including violations of military rights), harassment, retaliation including whistleblowers and workers’ compensation, wage and hour (overtime, minimum wage, unpaid wages), FMLA, contract disputes, severances, and employer negligence.
