I grew up in Pinellas County, graduating from Dunedin High School.  I returned home after graduating from University of Florida Law School and am raising my two beautiful children, along with my Husband of 18 years, here in Tarpon Springs.  I love this area and would never want to live any place else.  My original career choice was teaching, due to my background of always caring for kids, whether it was my younger siblings and cousins or coaching swim teams.  My career path changed and now my focus and goal as an attorney is helping children in difficult times.

I decided that I was going to practice law at the age of 8 because I have always had a passion for helping people.  Being able to fight for other people is in my DNA and comes across in everything that I do.  I am passionate about fighting for justice in all circumstances and I believe in our system when it’s working as it should.. And, at the end of the day, that’s my job! I get to help add a layer of accountability to our system to ensure that it works properly for all people.  This means helping people to know their rights, fighting to ensure those rights are upheld, and making sure that the criminal justice system isn’t overwhelming for my clients.. I believe that people deserve second chances, that a mistake shouldn’t define anyone, and that a label such as “criminal” shouldn’t become anyone’s identity. I then worked my way through law school and earned my law degree from Stetson University College of Law, which is recognized as one of the top law schools in the country for trial advocacy. There I participated on the client counseling team and competed nationally as a member of the dispute resolution team.. After graduating in 2004, I began to work for a Fortune 100 company and spent close to a decade practicing in corporate America.  I have benefited from numerous leadership, management, and relationship-building courses during my tenure and have been awarded recognition for my performance, collaboration and negotiation skills, and leadership in difficult situations.  My real-world experience gives me the ability to look outside the box and bring a different perspective to my client’s cases. I am able to combine my knowledge of the criminal justice system with this experience to earn results for my clients.. I am a full-time wife, mother of two beautiful children, and criminal defense attorney. I am a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Traditional Economics and a minor in Law and Society.  I followed up my undergraduate studies by attending law school at New England Law, Boston, where I recieved my J.D.  I have since been practicing as a community association lawyer.  Our new firm of Knox Levine, P.A was recently established in October, 2014 and handles matters related to community associations, title insurance/title services, ADA enforcement, and wills, estates, and trusts.

Kulakowski, Jr. received his Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, from Oklahoma City University College of Law in 1977, and his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, in economics from Geneva College in 1974.. Mr. Kulakowski is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the State of Pennsylvania, and has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, but practices exclusively in Palm Harbor, Florida.. Dominic grew up in Hornell, New York, a small town located in the Finger Lakes region of Western New York. As a child, Dominic was intrigued by the legal system and set goals and aspirations to become an attorney. In 2016, Dominic graduated cum laude from Alfred University (New York) where he majored in Political Science and minored in Economics while simultaneously playing collegiate football.
