My practice includes adoptions (since 1982), surrogacy (since 1998) and plaintiff personal injury law (since 1981).. Since July, 2007 I hold contracts with Maricopa County to serve as a court-appointed attorney for alleged incapacitated individuals in probate court cases and a special advocacy contract to act as guardian ad litem in mental health, or criminal cases for adults receiving court-ordered mental health treatment and as best interests attorney for children in family court custody cases where there are allegations of substantial abuse or neglect.

My name is Kalyn Behnke. I graduated from Sandra Day O' Connor College of Law in 2018. I had an "A-" average and was in the top 30% of my class. After passing the bar exam and becoming licensed, I obtained a position at the Attorney General's Office. I am now an Assistant Attorney General in the Transportation Section of the Attorney General's Office. My primary specialization is condemnation. My secondary specialization is environmental law, particularly NEPA and other environmental issues related to construction.

Mr. Guild was a founding Senior Member for The Cavanagh Law Firm since its inception in 1999, and started his career with O’Connor Cavanagh in 1981.. Mr. Guild is a Certified Tax Specialist and holds a Masters in Law in Taxation.  Over the past 35+ years he has focused primarily on estate planning, general commercial work entailing all manner of federal income tax issues, and state and local tax controversy work.  He has handled more than 250 tax controversy matters, including administrative hearings, litigation in the Arizona Tax Court, the Arizona Court of Appeals, and the Arizona Supreme Court, collection negotiations and lobbying efforts.  He also has extensive experience in setting up homebuilder clients in the two-tier homebuilder technique mode.. Mr. Guild handles financial and commercial aspects associated with complex divorce matters, as well as being a qualified domestic relations order specialist.. Mr. Goodman was born in Phoenix, Arizona. He studied English Literature at Arizona State University and graduated summa cum laude; receiving recognition and awards for academic achievement. He studied law at Gonzaga University where he excelled at legal research and writing while working for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Washington. Since graduating law school in 2011, Mr. Goodman has worked in a variety of legal fields but has focused his practice on consumer bankruptcy law as he has discovered great satisfaction in working with clients face to face and helping them into better circumstances.

In 2017, Mr. German prosecuted a three-week federal jury trial in the US District Court of Arizona against a large insurance company that wrongfully terminated a legitimate disability claim. The $6.5 Million verdict was the third largest in all of Arizona for the year 2017. He succeeeded in proving a heightened burden of proof and prevailed by getting a verdict for $5 Million in punitive damages. The verdict was upheld in 2020 by the 9th Circuit Court. Mr. German's cases have shaped the law in Arizona in many ways, from the way rules and statutes governing civil lawsuits is interpresented and applied, and has handled cases that helped to shape the law governing wrongful denital of legitiamte insurance claims and bad faith conduct that was intended to cause an insured harm.. In 2003, Danny Adelman became Steve's partner and together they formed Adelman German, A Law Firm, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Their firm grew rapidly to include four attorneys and eight support staff. It was soon recognized as one of the very best law firms in Arizona with an excellent reputation across the country. Steve litigated and/or tried numerous medical malpractice lawsuits with Mr. Adelman. In 2018, Danny accepted the position of Executive Director for the largest non-profit law firm in the state of Arizona.. In 2022, Mr. German was chosen by the Arizona Supreme Court to serve on the Committee that licenses a brand new type of law firm, known as an ABS (Alternative Business Structure) Law Firm. Arizona is the only State in the entire country that has all togehter abolished the Rule prohibiting non-lawyer ownership of law firms. Mr. German became a pioneer and embraced the opportunity by opening and managing one of Arizona's first ABS Law Firms. His vision was to fulfil the objectives of the ABS Model, and use new-found fudning to improve access to to justice and to innovate the how law is practiced, which has been unchanged for decades.
