Gideon Esakoff is an innovative trial lawyer with broad experience in a wide range of complex litigation. Gideon has represented emerging technologies companies, state government agencies, and individuals in complex litigation, often with millions or billions of dollars on the line. He has successfully litigated online defamation, wrongful death and other torts, trade secrets, trademark and copyright disputes, and civil rights, Section 1983, and other constitutional matters. During his third year of school he was among a small number of students selected to participate in a year-long research group led by U.S. District Judge Roslyn Silver, in which he researched the evidentiary implications of AI-powered neuroscience. Gideon’s focus on emerging technologies earned him a certificate in law, science, and technology from the Center for Law, Science and Innovation. He also founded two student organizations and served as president of one, the Trial Advocacy Group.
