I am a passionate and driven advocate for all of my clients. I have over six years of experience practicing law. Much of that time was spent developing my knowledge of labor and employment law matters. I have handled cases ranging from unpaid overtime to discrimination in the workplace to professional licensing discipline to breach of contract. My experience includes consulting with clients and small businesses, drafting and executing contracts, litigating complex civil matters, deposing witnesses and experts, appearing on behalf of clients at administrative hearings, and avocating at civil jury trial.. My goal is to fight for my clients, give them their opportunity to be heard at trial by their peers, and strive to hold bad actors accountable.. While my experience has tended to focus on individuals and their claims, I have also spent dozens of hours working with small businesses to protect them from liability for discrimination and retaliation claims and claims brought under the National Labor Relations Act.
