My practice includes adoptions (since 1982), surrogacy (since 1998) and plaintiff personal injury law (since 1981).. Mr. Sammons has also completed training in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching Fundamentals, and Facilitator Leadership training through MG Rush.  His ADR practice at Sanders & Parks includes mediations, arbitrations, conflict coaching, group-think facilitation, and peacemaking.. Mr. Sammons has practiced law at the law firm of Sanders & Parks, P.C., in Phoenix, Arizona, for over thirty-five years. He has been a Director of the firm for over thirty years, and twice served as its President. From 1978 to 2014, his practice focused on personal injury litigation. Utilizing his prior military medical training and experience, his practice had a special emphasis on medical malpractice cases as well as general personal injury litigation including trucking accidents, products liability, premises liability, governmental tort liability, and automotive liability.  He has favorably resolved thousands of litigated matters, for both plaintiffs and defendants, and has been lead trial counsel in over sixty-five successful jury trials at the state and federal level.
