I am an attorney who has practiced commercial litigation for 25 years.  Raised in a family of contractors and engineers and a summer laborer while in college, I gravitate to construction issues and enjoy the technical side of any dispute, construction or otherwise.  I adore a challenge, strategizing and finding ways to get matters resolved.  When it takes a trial to resolve the dispute, I am a true competitor who feels at home in the throws of a well-orchestrated courtrrom contest.

I am a Suma Cum Luade graduate from Phoenix School of Law in Arizona. I had the opportunity to speak at my graduation in December of 2012 as class valedectorian. I knew when I started lawschool that I wanted to open my own law practice, so that I could best serve my community and help the most possible people with their legal needs.

I am a Criminal Law Specialist certified by the State Bar of Arizona and I have been practicing law for 30 years.  I teach other attorneys how to challenge illegal searches. While some attorneys like to advertise that they are "former prosecutors," I am proud to say that I have NEVER been a prosecutor! Prosecutors usually have the evidence on their side so being a defense attorney takes much more ingenuity, preparation and skill.. I am a "strategic interpretive replicator."  Basically, I see or experience success in one context and I do my best to replicate it in another.
