Brian T. Leonard is an Arizona native having been born and raised in Phoenix.  Brian is a graduate of St. Francis Xavier School and Brophy College Preparatory locally here in Phoenix.  He obtained his undergraduate degree - a Bachelor in Science - in Political Science from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California and his Juris Doctorate from the Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California.. Brian returned to Phoenix after obtaining his JD and he joined Leonard, Clancy & McGovern to practice with his father, Jim and godfather Ken Clancy.  Years later, he and Jim were thrilled to join Palumbo, Wolfe and Palumbo when the opportunity arose.  Brian's practice is focused on representing victims of medical negligence and other catastrophic personal injury claims.. Brian is a member of The American Association for Justice (f/k/a ATLA), their Birth Trauma Litigation Group, he is also a member and is also on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Association for Justice (f/k/a AzTLA) and the Co-Chair of their Seminar Committee.. Brian has successfully resolved numerous medical negligence, birth-injury and personal injury matters in favor of his clients.. Brian and his wife Amy, also an attorney, have three children.
