Larry began his legal career as a litigation attorney working on complex litigation cases and has narrowed his practice to only represent family law clients. While practicing in Chicago and before becoming a partner at Jaburg|Wilk, he worked with one of the largest law firms in the nation that was exclusive to family law representation. Larry has regularly worked on several high profile celebrity dissolutions and cases with multi-millions at stake.. Dissolution matters and post-decree proceedings are both in Larry’s area of expertise. While he can assist with complicated business valuations and divorces with substantial assets, he also helps clients with smaller estates though the divorce maze. “Divorce is an emotional roller coaster and my clients need me to be tough. They know I am going to be tough with their spouse’s attorney, but they can also expect me to be tough with them. I advise them in a manner which best preserves their rightful portion of the marital community.” – Larry Hirsch. His experience spans from pre-nuptial agreement and co-habitation agreements to post-nuptial agreements; from spousal maintenance negotiations to child custody and visitation; from complicated tax issues to dissolution of assets; from child support modifications to paternity. Kara, her fiancé and their two dogs enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather and frequently hike around the Valley. Additionally, Kara enjoys reading and traveling. While she has a variety of interests outside of the office, Kara has a strong work ethic and strives to always prioritize her clients’ needs.
