I served on the legislative work group to prepare the Advance Directive legislation that went into effect in 2018 and am the current chair of the  Advance Directive Adoption Committee that is tasked with revising the form.. Prior to attending law school, I served as an Associate Dean at Centralia College. As such, I directed library operations and coordinated distance and online education.. Stephanie enjoys traveling and spent one year of college studying in Sagunto, Spain, and another studying in Paris, France. Her hobbies include reading and gardening. I have lived in the beautiful Willamette Valley all of my life. I grew up in the Cascade School District, attended Linfield University for my Bachelor's degree in Political Science and earned my Law Degree from Willamette College of Law.. I was sworn into the Oregon Bar in October of 2024 and began practicing solo until finding my place at Kirkendall Law. Currently, I practice in estate planning and probate administration; however, I am open to taking on similar legal matters on a case by case basis.

I am a native Oregonian, originally from Depoe Bay, Oregon.  I grew up on the coast, working on fishing boats and enjoying the outdoors.  I attended Oregon State University before moving to Reno, NV for 4 years.  After a few years in Reno, I realized that there is no place like Oregon and I moved back.  I attended Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, and I have lived in Portland ever since. I am a partner in a small, 4 attorney law firm in Garden Home.  I am still an avid outdoorsman, enjoying scuba diving on the coast, fishing, hiking and boating.  My wife and I live in the Beaverton area with our 2 year old son.  My current passion is building my law firm and enjoying my family and friends.

I am a Bay Area native and recevied my bachelor's degree from University of California, Davis, where I majored in Political Science with a minor in Sociology. After graduating I worked as a legal secretary with a family law firm in Walnut Creek, CA. Later that year, I moved to the midwest to attend law school at the Universitty of Missouri.  Shorlty after law school, I moved to Portland with my husband and our husky. We love being back on the west coast and love all the recreational opportunities Oregon offers.. My practice focuses on estate planning, probate administration, business formation and transactions, and civil litigation.  My experience has focused on complex planning and drafting to help individuals achieve both their short and long-term goals.
