Susan recently represented a community bank in restructuring its real estate portfolio as part of the client's successful recapitalization. She worked closely with the client in a variety of litigation and workout transactions to substantially reduce non-performing assets. Senior management credits her work with recovering millions of dollars in value beyond the client's initial evaluation of the portfolio. Susan has also acted as lead counsel to one of the nation's largest commercial lenders in drafting form documents for real estate loans, including state law analysis of variety of underwriting issues. She is licensed to practice law in Oregon, Washington and Colorado and works for financial institutions throughout the United States.
