Tim Keiter graduated with honors from Harvard Law School, and began his private practice in 1992, after spending several years with a major Portland firm, and refusing an offer of partnership there. He offers the insights and perspective of the highest quality legal education, combined with many years of real life sophisticated commercial practice. He has dealt successfully with national, international, as well as regional and local companies, from large corporations to mom and pop businesses, both as clients and as opposing parties. His friendly and practical approach to finding solutions to clients’ varying challenges, and his toughness and vigorous representation of his clients’ interests, are hallmarks of his practice.
