Mr. Schirmer acquired his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He was admitted to practice in 1990 and has been with the firm for over 30 years. Prior to joining D'Andre Law, LLP in October of 2016, I worked for two law firms - Hackard Law from 2008 through January of 2016 and Beattie & Aghazarian LLP from January of 2016 through October of 2016.  At those firms, I handled a broad range of cases including mostly trust and estate litigation, and I also represented clients in business formations and contract and lease drafting, estate planning, investment fraud, mass tort litigation and lien subrogation, personal injury, contractl disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, and bankruptcy matters. Prior to becoming an attorney in 2012, I had worked since 2008 first as a legal assistant and then as a paralegal, which gave me a comprehensive overview of the inner workings of the legal field..
