Brian C. Miles is a graduate of California State University Northridge, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Miles served as District Director for United States Congresswoman Juanita Millender-McDonald (deceased) who represented the 37th Congressional District. In 2000, he obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law. Mr. Miles was admitted to the California State Bar as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in 2001 and is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Northern District of California and Eastern District of California.
